By using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy. If we determine that you have violated this Policy, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services. This Policy is subject to change, so please review it periodically. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meanings set forth in the Terms of Service.
Do:
- Comply with the Terms: Follow all applicable Terms of Service, including this Acceptable Use Policy.
- Observe All Laws: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection, privacy, intellectual property, and export control laws.
- Respect Data Ownership: Only upload or process video data that you have the legal right to use, in compliance with all applicable laws and contractual obligations.
- Secure Your Access: Use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to the Services, keep your passwords and login details confidential, and monitor activity under your account.
- Report Security Issues: Promptly notify visionplatform.ai if you become aware of any unauthorized access, breaches, or other suspicious activities related to your account.
- Manage Third-Party Integrations: Ensure compliance with the terms of any third-party VMS, APIs, or databases that you connect with the Services.
- Maintain Ethical AI Use: Use AI video analytics responsibly, ensuring that outputs are not misused in ways that could cause harm, discrimination, privacy violations, or breaches of applicable laws.
Do Not:
- Share Unauthorized Access: Do not allow any third party that is not an Authorized User to access or use your credentials.
- Transfer Accounts: Do not sell, share, or transfer your account access to another person.
- Infringe on Rights: Do not use the Services to process, store, or distribute content that infringes upon or misappropriates intellectual property or legal rights of others.
- Commit Fraud or Identity Theft: Do not use the Services to commit fraud, identity theft, or related activity.
- Impersonate Others: Do not impersonate individuals, including visionplatform.ai staff or other users, or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Upload Harmful Content: Do not upload or transmit video streams, files, or software that contain malware, viruses, or other harmful components.
- Interfere with the Services: Do not reverse engineer, decompile, disable, or otherwise interfere with the performance or integrity of the Services or related systems.
- Circumvent Security Measures: Do not attempt to bypass or disable security controls, logging, or monitoring features.
- Create Competing Products: Do not use the Services to build or train competing AI video analytics products without authorization.
- Target Minors Inappropriately: Do not use the Services to surveil, profile, or harm minors in violation of applicable law.
- Support Terrorist Activities: Do not use the Services to support or provide resources to designated terrorist organizations.
- Send Unsolicited Communications: Do not misuse Service integrations to send spam, unsolicited alerts, or promotional communications.
- Engage in Deceptive Practices: Do not use the Services to generate or disseminate altered, deceptive, or false content (including deepfakes, spoofing, or phishing attempts).
- Abuse Referral or Trial Programs: Do not exploit promotions, credits, or trials to gain more benefits than permitted.
- Exploit the Services: Do not sublicense, resell, or otherwise exploit the Services without written authorization.
- Involve Patent Assertion Entities: Do not access or use the Services on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any Patent Assertion Entity.
