This Terms of Use explains how Loadmaster.ai, Virtualworkforce.ai B.V., and Visionplatform.ai B.V. ("Virtualworkforce.ai", "Visionplatform.ai", "Loadmaster.ai", "we", "us", "our") provide and govern access to our platforms, APIs, AI services, websites, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our General Branch Terms & Conditions.

This Terms of Use explains how Loadmaster.ai, Virtualworkforce.ai B.V., and Visionplatform.ai B.V. ("Loadmaster.ai", "Virtualworkforce.ai", "Visionplatform.ai", "we", "us", "our") provide and govern access to our platforms, APIs, AI services, websites, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our General Branch Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Scope and Relationship to Other Documents

  • These Terms of Use apply specifically to the use of our Services.
  • The Privacy Policy governs how we collect, process, and protect personal data.
  • The General Branch Terms & Conditions govern legal, commercial, and contractual matters.
  • In case of conflict: Privacy Policy governs data protection; General Branch T&C govern contracts; these Terms govern day-to-day use of the Services.

2. User Responsibilities

  • You must only use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account(s).
  • We do not assume liability for your actions or misuse of the Services.
  • You must not use the Services to:
    • Upload, distribute, or process unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content.
    • Violate intellectual property rights.
    • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services.
    • Attempt to access other users’ data without authorization.
  • We are allowed to verify the accuracy and appropriateness of any AI-generated outputs before relying on them.

3. Content Monitoring and Enforcement

  • We have no obligation to monitor uploaded content (including videos, photos, emails, or trained AI models).
  • If we find or suspect violations of law, sensitive material, or misuse, we may:
    • Remove the content, and/or
    • Suspend or terminate your account.
  • We are not liable to preserve or restore data that we deem unlawful.

4. Account Management & Security

  • Accounts may only be created and used by authorized individuals.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • All activities conducted under your credentials are deemed to be authorized by you.
  • You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or account misuse.

5. Organization and Administrator Control

  • If you sign up with a company-issued email domain, the organization is considered the account owner.
  • Organization administrators may:
    • Add or remove users,
    • Manage permissions and integrations,
    • Control billing and subscriptions.
  • If Services are accessed via a channel partner or reseller, you and the partner must agree who acts as administrator.
  • Administrators (and their organizations) are responsible for compliance with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the General Branch Terms & Conditions and the other terms presented on legal.frontiergroup.ai .
  • Administrators may also access, share, modify, or delete user-contributed material within their organization.
  • Accounts may also be managed by the entity that controls your email domain.

6. Free and Paid Service Tiers

  • Free Tier Users:
    • Certain data (e.g., anonymized usage patterns) may be used to improve the Services.
  • Paid Tier Users:
    • Customer data (e.g., emails, video streams, models, training data) remains fully owned by the client and is not shared with third parties without explicit consent.
  • Data handling specifics are further detailed in the Privacy Policy.

7. Visionplatform.ai-Specific Terms

These provisions apply only to Visionplatform.ai Services:

  • Free Accounts

    • Any model you train is automatically made open source in the Visionplatform.ai model library.
    • If later converted to a paid license, that model remains open source.

  • Paid Accounts

    • Visionplatform.ai may use the weights of trained models to improve Services.
    • Visionplatform.ai is not permitted to use or share your photos, videos, or raw training data for internal or third-party training.
    • All underlying data remains strictly owned by the client.

8. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, without liability, if:

  • You violate these Terms of Use,
  • You violate applicable law,
  • You compromise the security or integrity of the Services,
  • Continued use creates legal, reputational, or operational risks.

In such cases, data may be removed from our systems without prior notice.

9. Service Updates and Modifications

  • We continuously improve our Services and may add, modify, or remove features at our discretion.
  • We will provide reasonable notice of major changes where possible.
  • Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

10. Marketing Rights

  • By becoming a customer, you grant us the right to use your company name and logo in customer lists, marketing materials, websites, and presentations.
  • You may opt out by notifying us in writing (email or NDA).
  • We will not disclose project details or sensitive data without your prior written approval.

11. Pricing and Indexation

  • Unless otherwise agreed, we reserve the right to adjust subscription fees annually in line with the Dutch CPI (Consumer Price Index) or equivalent measure, effective January 1 each year.
  • We may adjust prices annually in line with applicable price indices or market conditions.
  • This clause ensures sustainable service provision over time.

12. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights in the Services (including software, models, documentation, designs, and know-how) remain the property of Loadmaster.ai, Virtualworkforce.ai B.V., and Visionplatform.ai B.V., or their licensors.
  • Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property from us to you.
  • You retain ownership of your data, content, and trained models (subject to the Visionplatform.ai-specific open source rules above).

13. End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") applies to all software products provided by frontiergroup.ai and its subsidiaries, including but not limited to visionplatform.ai, virtualworkforce.ai, and loadmaster.ai. This EULA governs the use of any installed software, downloadable components, on-premises deployments, and related updates or documentation (collectively, the "Software"). Subject to full compliance with the applicable contract and these Terms of Use, frontiergroup.ai grants the Customer and its authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software solely for internal business purposes and only on the infrastructure specified in the Customer agreement. No rights are granted beyond those expressly stated in this EULA.

Users and Customers must not:

  • Copy, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or otherwise make the Software available to third parties.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Software, except where explicitly permitted by applicable law.
  • Use the Software outside the agreed environment (e.g., deploying on unlicensed servers or networks).
  • Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices in the Software.
  • Circumvent technical restrictions, usage limitations, or license controls implemented in the Software.

The Software is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trade secrets, patents, and trademarks, remain the sole property of frontiergroup.ai and its subsidiaries. No ownership rights are transferred under this EULA. Unless otherwise agreed in a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA), frontiergroup.ai may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Software at its discretion. Customers are responsible for installing such updates in their environments, unless otherwise contractually arranged. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software, uninstall it from your systems, and destroy all copies in your possession.

14. Disclaimers and Limitations

  • The Services are provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • AI outputs are generated probabilistically and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing results.
  • Liability limitations are detailed in the General Branch Terms & Conditions.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
  • Disputes will be handled according to the forum defined in the General Branch Terms & Conditions.
